الملخص

أصبحت الصراعات الدولية أكثر تعقيداً في مرحلة ما بعد عام 2011 نتيجة لتفاعل المتغيرات الداخلية والدولية (Intermestic) المدفوعة بالديناميكيات السياسية والأمنية والاقتصادية والتكنولوجية. وقد كشفت هذه التطورات عن محدودية الدبلوماسية التقليدية المتمركزة حول الدولة، وأبرزت الحاجة إلى أطر أكثر مرونة وتعدداً في الفاعلين. وبناءً على ذلك، تبحث هذه الدراسة في فاعلية دبلوماسية المسارات المتعددة (MTD) في إدارة الصراعات الدولية المعاصرة المعقدة، وتحدد القيود البنيوية التي قد تحد من أدائها.
