The article discusses the growing influence of artificial intelligence in modern society and the need for regulation, as it is used in various areas of human life. It highlights concerns about the misuse of artificial intelligence for illegal activities and its negative impact on political aspects.
The study pursues an approach based on the assumption that the use of artificial intelligence requires a three-aspect relationship between the government, the IT sector, and research centers to ensure the establishment of institutional standards that regulate the cultural and ethical aspects of the field of artificial intelligence, it is crucial to involve civil society organizations and international non-governmental organizations, recognizing their significant role in this field.
The article's findings emphasize the necessity of international cooperation and the establishment of common rules and laws to regulate and monitor artificial intelligence under a common international authority instead of leaving it under the control of individual companies.
