الارادة الدولية في مجلس الامن تجاه الازمة السورية

عرفت الامم منذ وجودها حالة من صراع الارادات نتيجة تقاطع وتشابك المصالح ، والتي سعت عبرها لتحقيق اهدافها وغاياتها، وقد ادى ذلك في احيان كثيرة الدخول في صراعات عسكرية مباشرة وحروب لاحصر لها، كما شهدت الدخول في حروب عالمية فقدت بسببها البشرية ملايين الارواح ، فضلاً عن خسائر جسيمة في الممتلكات وهدراً في الاموال، وعلى الرغم من المتغيرات الكبيرة التي شهدتها الساحة الدولية لاسيما في العقود الاخيرة الا ان صراع الارادات لم يتوقف وإن تغيرت بعض ملامحه واشكاله ، واصبح الآمر اكثر تعقيداً بعد انسحاب هذا الصراع الى المنظمات والهيئات الدولية ومنها مجلس الامن المكلف بموجب ميثاق الامم المتحدة العمل على تحقيق الامن والسلم الدوليين عبر توافق الدول الدائمة وإصدار قرارات فاعلة لحل المشكلات والقضايا المطروحة امامه، إذ برزت بشكل واضح ملامح صراع الارادات بين الدول الاعضاء في مناقشات الازمة السورية مما اعاق من قدرة المجلس في معالجتها وتسبب في استمرارها لسنوات عدة ، وانعكس ذلك على المزيد من الخسائر وتعقيد الموقف بشكل اكبر.
