اللاجئون في العالم بين تفاقم الأوضاع ومساعي المنظمات الدولية

شهدت البشرية على مر العصور على العديد من القضايا المهمة التي واجهت المجتمع الدولي كان محورها حقوق الإنسان عموما والاضطهاد الذي يتعرض له اللاجئ خصوصا وفق أشكال عديدة قد تكون مباشرة أو بطريق غير مباشر يخلف ورائه أزمات اقتصادية واجتماعية وإنسانية تدفع بدول العالم لإعادة النظر في الآليات وجدوى وضع الاتفاقيات والقوانين ودور المنظمات الدولية والإقليمية لحماية شخ اللاجئ .
